The Executive Management Committee is responsible for the overall
strategic direction and corporate policy of I.M.S. Investment Funds.
Thomas Boland is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of I.M.S. Investment Funds. He is the former head of Wells Financial Company in America, the management structure that oversees the company businesses in the America. Prior to WFC, he served as CEO for Global Marketing Services at FIT. He held a number of senior positions during his tenure at FIT, including executive vice president for Commercial Business and CEO of Capital Group.
He also held a number of executive positions in Global Corporate Bank, including customer group executive of North American markets, global industry head of Media and Communications, U.S.
Mary Shields is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She is the Chief Legal Officer, responsible for overseeing all legal, corporate governance and insurance risk management matters for I.M.S. Investment Funds and its operating groups.
Mary joined I.M.S. Investment Funds from Finance Holdings, Inc., where she has served as general counsel for six years. Prior to joining Finance Holdingd, Mary was managing counsel at American Express, and before that she was a partner with the law firm of Green and MacRae, specializing in litigation. She is also a member of the advisory committee of the Corporate Law Center.
Albert Dolan is Corporate Advisor/Loan Executive of I.M.S. Investment Funds. He has over nine years specialized experience in corporate operations for real estate investment and development firms. Prior to working in the real estate industry he worked for fifteen-plus years managing complex, multi-million-dollar budgets and projects in the feature film business.
Albert implemented positive change in each role through digitization, process simplification, performance improvement, risk reduction, business alignment and talent management. He began is career with Bankers Trust Company and spent the next 8 years managing various operations and corporate functions.
